[Archivesspace_Users_Group] logs lost on restart

We notice that when Archivesspace is restarted, the current day's logs are overwritten.

>From the init script

$startup_cmd &> \"$ARCHIVESSPACE_LOGS\"

It would be helpful if the logs were instead appended on restart.
