[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Related Agents link strangeness

We've had this problem in the staff interface. The typeahead functionality
is basically useless in a lot of cases, but searching with the 'browse'
modal generally works better. If you're searching for a phrase it always
works better to wrap it in double quotes to avoid the default OR issue.
