[Archivesspace_Users_Group] server error when adding sibling

Can you find that error in the logs?

Subject: [Archivesspace_Users_Group] server error when adding sibling

Hello,

We’re having an issue/bug when attempting to add a sibling to a series. Clicking on the “add sibling” button results in the message “An error occurred loading this form. Server error”, and a New Archival Object entry that appears to duplicate the files of the above sub-series. When the record is closed, I am unable to open the series, sub-series, or files in that record, getting an error message that says “an error occurred loading this form. Server error.”

Screenshots are attached. If anyone has any ideas about this, it’d be great to hear!
