[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Looping indexer of death

[Jason Loeffler]

I'm again seeing what I've dubbed the looping indexer of death. Solr
indexer progresses through a repository, emits an opaque error, then bails
out and starts from the top of the queue.

Checked the database and didn't catch any orphaned records.
