[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Tool tips and software updates

Hey Christie,

As long as you make your changes in a local plugin (see: http://archivesspace.github.io/archivesspace/user/customizing-and-theming-archivesspace/) and then have that plugin (and the config that points to it) moved forward through your upgrades, you shouldn’t lose this work.  We haven’t done anything with tooltips, but here’s an example of how we handle label/enum changes via a plugin: https://github.com/jhu-archives-and-manuscripts/jhu-local-plugins  If you start building out many plugins (even just label changes) be aware that they are loaded in the order they are listed in your config.rb!
