[Archivesspace_Users_Group] another question on rights statements in ArchivesSpace - agents and rights statements

Several of us here at the Bentley Historical Library also participated in
the drafting the rights enhancement spec--we did not include use cases that
involved adding rights statements to agents and would also be in favor of
removing such functionality.
