[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Error when entering RDE

We have two interns entering folder and item level data via the RDE one of them has been unable to use RDE at all because every time they try to save the data they have entered they get this error

"0 row(s) with an error- click a row field to view the errors for that row"

The second intern who is logged on to the same account was able to enter via RDE until today and now they are also getting this error. We have tried switching computers and logins but the error persists.

Any idea as to what could be causing it?
