[Archivesspace_Users_Group] PUI & ArchivesSpace

Hi Steve,

The development branch for the new public UI is called pui:
https://github.com/archivesspace/archivesspace/tree/pui

To enable the new version, set this environment variable:
export ASPACE_PUBLIC_NEW=true
