[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Aspace health check endpoint

Thought I'd post this in case anyone else runs in to this issue. It was so
obvious that I missed it the first time around, but you can run a health
check against a jetty endpoint simply by pointing the check at slash:
https://aspace.example.edu:8080/
