[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Spawn accession record to A-Space on the Open Internet

Dear Kari,
OK, many thanks. I'll take a close look at the blued names.

I do have another "raw beginner's" question: I am contemplating going to the SAA conference in Atlanta, and I wonder how much and what types of A-Space meetings/discussions I might anticipate encountering? Do you recommend SAA as a good venue for a novice A-Spacer?

Cheers,

--Jack

Hi Jack and Welcome to the community!

When you look at the ArchivesSpace Members webpage ... any name that is blue is live linked and goes to that organization's ArchivesSpace instance. http://www.archivesspace.org/members

We hope that you'll consider joining the ArchivesSpace community through contributing to the listserv with both questions and answers as you're more familiar with the tool.

Dear Everyone,
We at Monticello are new members of A-Space and I have been following the conversations on the lyralists Users Group with awe and admiration. The technical issues are complex and your expertise is impressive!
We have been using Archon for the past four years, and are eager to migrate to A-Space.
I write now to ask if I can be referred to publicly-accessible instances of A-Space?
We've found and checked out the Sandbox, and now we are hoping to see how archives have made finding aids available to the public.

Thanks very much,

--Jack
