[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Uploaded resources do not appear

Hi all,
We are currently running v1.2.6-dev08. We recently ran out of space where the directory lived. Our IT were able to get us more space. Although disk space was an issue for data/file-system content that would want to be written to the archivesspace directory, the database lived on another logical volume that did not run out of space. Since then we are able to upload new resources however they do not appear on the resources page when we go looking for them. Perhaps some things are not properly in sync?
