Hi Polina,

Since it looks like Laura already has an account, I'll contact the two of you directly about what's going on in this specific case, but just as a refresher for everyone, in general, institutions can add additional users to the Help Center (also known as the authentication system) by asking someone at their institution with administrator privileges in the system to add them using the instructions attached here (also available on the system). If you need assistance with the authentication system, feel free to contact me directly.
