[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Installing ArchivesSpace on a Windows/MySQL server: my step-by-step instructions

The computer is just a desktop and I do not think I have Apache on it.

The Service Event log said I did not have permission to use  
ArchivesSpaceService.
I am the only one that uses this computer.  Microsoft 10 is for the birds.
