Could you clarify what you mean by your IT guy looked and it showed up? Do you mean it showed up in the database?

We just started using so I did a test import of an EAD and fter completetion it does not show up in resources. My IT guy went in and looked and the collection shows up but for some reason it is not displaying. Any suggestions on what to do?
