Forget to put something in a required field (this time it was an instance) and get an error
Fixed the error by entering data and clicked save. All the information in the "Content" fields disappeared.

I just fixed a  mistake in one row (I forgot to put the instance format) and when the page updated it deleted all the content in my Notes for the other 46 rows in my Rapid Data Entry. That is a glitch that just added another 30 minutes (at least) to my evening. See attached.
