Hm, well, I guess I disagree, but maybe I'm just an optimist. It says nothing was found to import, so there were no attempts to create any records, so the process completed without any issues, therefore it was a success.

But, you're saying it make more sense to say failure if there were no records found in the uploaded XML?

The issue is that reporting success rather than failure is confusing for end users.  - Steve Majewski

Hello,

I inadvertently imported an EAD XML as MarcXml into our repository.  The job completed with no error message displayed and the status read completed instead of failed.  The log indicates "No records were found in the input files!
