[Archivesspace_Users_Group] AT to AS Migration - batch deleting unlinked name/subject records?

Hi,

Since it seems that many users would like to do this, we will add an option
in the migration plugin to ignore names and/or subjects which are not
linked during the migration process.  We hope the have the updated plugin
ready for testing next week.
