[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Drop-down list of information

I will use some of the same information several times entering data such as names, subordinate names, qualifiers, etc. How do I create a drop-down list of these names? I did it once on another computer; however, I cannot replicate the process.
Ex. Entering in the qualifier : El Dorado, Ark. : over and over again.
