Hi, Kevin,

Could you please send a screen shot of how the linked “name record” appears in the staff interface?

Thanks,

Brad W.

(I should add that this seems only to be affecting agents; when it’s e.g. a 650 field with local sources, the subfield 2 outputs correctly.)

Hello,

We’ve been playing around with MARCXML exports from ArchivesSpace, and have noticed an issue with the resource records we get out. We have Agents set as subjects in collections with “Local sources” set as the source for the heading, but when we get the MARCXML out, it doesn’t export a subfield 2 even though the second indicator is correctly set to ‘7’.

Attached is a MARCXML record affected by this, as well as the EAC-CPF export for one of the 600 field entries in that record (to show that the source is set properly).

Not sure if this is a bug or an issue with our data. thanks! -k
