[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Changing Labels of User Defined Fields

You'll need to edit label values in the locales/en.yml file for those user_defined fields ( starting a line #1672 ).

I was able to successfully import data into the User Defined Fields for Accessions, but I haven't been able to figure out how to change their labels to something more useful.  The help documentation doesn't provide any guidance.  How do I make these changes?
