[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Changing Labels of User Defined Fields

I was able to successfully import data into the User Defined Fields for
Accessions, but I haven't been able to figure out how to change their
labels to something more useful.  The help documentation doesn't provide
any guidance.  How do I make these changes?
