Yes, this bug has been tracked here =>

It's a problem with the "Show All" button being bumped out for Instances. There's a fix in the aspace-maintance plugin (

https://github.com/archivesspace/aspace-110-plugin )  that resolves this.

Hi,

I wanted to add to this message a little bit since I'd had a chance to talk with Cate and have some screenshots to help illustrate the problem.  The issue seems to be a UI issue, as the data is definitely there and stored - but when in edit mode, it seems the UI only will display the first three attached instances or objects for edit.  It's almost like there should be a load more button and it's missing (though I'm sure that's likely not the case).  I had Cate provide me a screen shot so folks could see what is happening.

In the view interface, I can see the 6 instances attached to the record:

However, in the edit mode, only 3 instances are visible and there is no button or option (that we can see) to have the interface load the remaining instance data for edit.  (see below).

There is a very good possibility that I'm just blind and missing something, so any feedback would be appreciated.

I'm adding instances at the collection level of a resource record.  After saving the record, I find (in Edit mode) that I can only access the first three instances entered-there does not seem to be a way to list, access, or edit any of the others.

[In View mode, I can see all of my instances.]

So, in Edit mode, how do I access instances 4 and beyond?

(Also, in View mode, are there any development plans to include the container 1 indicator (at minimum) alongside the container 1 type?  A list of 40 lines that just say 'Box' is not ideal.)
