[Archivesspace_uac] Outreach Subteam Planning Committee

Greetings UAC members,

The planning committee for the new Outreach sub-team is still seeking members. As a reminder, this would be a new subteam for the 2020-2021 cycle starting in July. This subteam would support the work of Jessica Crouch as community engagement coordinator. The sub-team would identify engagement opportunities for the ArchivesSpace community. Example projects include: creating a Code of Conduct, restarting the implementation buddies program, regularly updating the member directory, and bolster communication in current groups, such as the Small Archives listserv and answer basic questions on the User Group listserv.

The planning committee would determine the mission, create the wiki, and determine the scope and work plan for the new sub-team. We will be meeting once or twice, starting in May.
