Hello UAC members,



We want to make sure that you are getting as much out of the UAC as you continue to give, and we are curious to know your opinions about how things are going in the UAC. If folks are generally pleased with how things are currently, then things don't necessarily have to change, but we want to make sure that you all know that you play a big part in the UAC and how it continues to shape and grow.



We want your experience to be fulfilling and positive, and we value any feedback that would help us improve the structure and workflows of the UAC and subteams.  All questions are optional but answering them is highly encouraged.  This survey is anonymous and the results will be discussed in the March UAC meeting.  Thank you for your time and willingness to help!
