As a reminder, this year TAC is piloting an idea to survey ourselves on four important topics raised last term: recruitment, visibility, improving workflows, and communication. We will tackle each topic first by discussing the survey questions themselves, then by providing survey responses. While meeting conversations are awesome, they are ephemeral and don’t allow a lot of time for reflection, so we wanted to give this a shot. Please answer these questions about visibility in time for our next meeting on January 20th. This is a pilot and we’ve feeling our way as we go, so we hope this is a successful trial of a new idea!
