This will be our retrospective for the year. Sub-teams, please share your
retrospectives docs in the appropriate section of the agenda/notes, or send
them to me and I'll add them.

Please note the discussion topic: "TAC Retrospective", which is intended as
an open discussion on anything that happened this year in TAC, especially
things that you think we should do more of in the future or try to not do
again. If you have topics to suggest, please add them to the agenda.
