[Archivesspace_tac] 2018-2019 ArchivesSpace TAC kickoff meeting

Hi everybody,

As usual, there wasn't one time that worked for everyone. However, *Thursday,
September 13 at 2p EST* looks the most promising. An invitation is
forthcoming and I'll prepare an agenda closer to that date.
